Dr. Richa Patel graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University, AZ. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy. Over the years, she has gained experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedic, neurological, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and home health physical therapy. She has experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Her love and passion of treating pelvic floor dysfunction started during her doctorate program and since then she has continued her pelvic floor education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. She enjoys treating different conditions stemming from pelvic floor and orthopedic issues that could impact the daily functioning of people’s lives. She believes in a holistic approach and finds it very rewarding to see life-altering changes in her patients with pelvic floor physical therapy. She is dedicated to helping her patients recover and reach their highest level of function and wellbeing.
She has recently relocated to Atlanta from Phoenix. In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, listening to her husband play musical instruments, spending time with friends and family, and going to the gym.
